Your park home needs to have an EPC rating of E, F or G (don’t worry we can check this for you).
You meet just ONE of the below:
A. Have a household income of or below £31,000 per year.
B. Someone in the home is vulnerable to the cold – where the cold worsens a present medical condition.
C. Someone in the home receives one or more of the following benefits:

The Energy Company Obligation (ECO) is a
government backed energy efficiency scheme
in the UK to help reduce carbon emissions and
tackle fuel poverty. It provides grants for
installing energy efficiency measures such as
new heaters, insulation etc.
Yes! The grants are 100% free and do not
need to be paid back. The grants will cover the
full cost of installing the energy efficiency
measures so you will not need to pay a penny!
The entire process from start to finish will take
a few weeks. However we will work with you

ECO Grants are available to homeowners and
tenants that are receiving qualifying benefits
or where the household income is below a
certain level and where the home currently
has inefficient measures installed that need to
